1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Nexasonic for services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Nexasonic provides web development, mobile app development, web application development, and related digital services as agreed upon in individual project contracts.

3. Project Agreements

Each project is governed by a separate agreement or proposal that outlines the scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing. These Terms of Service apply in addition to any project-specific agreements.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables. Nexasonic retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We are happy to sign NDAs upon request before project discussions begin.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nexasonic's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
